FMS - Future Visions

Your opinion counts!

The Covid 19 pandemic is forcing the events industry to rethink. Virtual events are becoming increasingly important. Within the current research phase of the innovation network "Future Meeting Space" We would like to understand your opinion on future events with a Kano survey. Despite the increasing influence of virtual events, we expect face to face events will still be part of the mix.

The Kano survey format allows for an examination of scenarios in order to provide a future perspective of the various aspects of events.

Please support our research project by taking this 5-10 minute survey.

This survey is designed for participants, organizers, planners, and third party providers of business events, such as meetings and conferences.

The questionnaire contains approximately 30-40 questions, depending on your answers. Please take the survey by Juli 15, 2020.

About the »Future Meeting Space« innovation network

For many years, Germany has occupied a leading position as a congress and conference location. To ensure that this remains the case, the GCB German Convention Bureau e.V. and the European Association of Event Centers e.V. together with the Fraunhofer IAO have initiated the innovation association "Future Meeting Space". The aim of the innovation network is to analyse developments in the event industry in order to develop recommendations for action for the MICE industry.
